Same-day questions

What happens if I order after 10 AM?
Your order is automatically scheduled for the next business day. If you're close to the cutoff or in a genuine pinch, call us at (818) 243-0330— if the press schedule allows, we'll try to fit you in.
Does same-day cost extra?
Same-day production on qualifying products is included at standard pricing when you meet the cutoff. Local courier delivery is an added fee quoted based on distance.
My file failed preflight — do I still make the cutoff?
The cutoff applies to approved files, not just the order. Our instant preflight flags problems the moment you upload, so fix and re-upload before 10 AM and you're still on for today.
Can you deliver same-day?
Yes — local courier delivery is available to Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and nearby Los Angeles neighborhoods for an added fee. Standard shipping (UPS/FedEx) can't do same-day, so shipped orders don't qualify.
