Five trim sizes cover every calendar style — 5.5 × 8.5", 6 × 9", 8.5 × 11", 9 × 12", and 12 × 12" — with 12 × 12" as the classic square wall format. Page counts run from 28 to 40: enough for twelve monthly spreads plus intro or notes pages. Order anywhere from 25 to 50,000 copies in full color or black and white, and every order includes a free file review before printing.

Paper options

Paper is graded by weight — the higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the sheet. A 60# text page feels like a magazine page; 100# feels substantial. Cover stocks run heavier still, up to a rigid 130#.

• Gloss text (80#–100#) — a shiny coated surface that keeps photo calendars vivid month after month.
• Silk text (80#–100#) — smooth and low-glare; images stay rich while the date grid stays easy to read.
• Uncoated text (60#–80#) — takes pen and pencil cleanly, the pick when people will write in the grid.

• Coated cover (80#–130# gloss or silk) — stiff enough to keep the calendar hanging flat; 100# and up is the wall-calendar standard.
• Uncoated cover (80#–120#) — a natural matte feel that suits illustrated and craft designs.
• Same as inside — self-cover, the most economical build.

Finishing and hanging

• Gloss lamination — a wipe-clean shine that protects the cover through a year of handling.
• Matte lamination — glare-free protection with a modern, understated look.
• Soft-touch — a velvety finish that makes a gift calendar feel like a gift.
