Appointment Cards

Choose the Standard 3.5 × 2" card that fits every wallet slot, or the Square 2.5 × 2.5" for a shape that stands out on a counter. Order anywhere from 100 to 100,000 cards, in full color or 1-color black, printed front only or front and back — most offices put branding on the front and the write-in schedule block on the back.

Cardstock choices

Card thickness is measured in points: 14PT is a rigid cardstock about 0.014″ thick, and 16PT is noticeably stiffer.

• 100# coated cover (14pt) — the everyday standard: sturdy, smooth, and crisp under full color.
• 130# coated cover (16pt) — a thicker card with a more substantial, premium feel in hand.
• 100# uncoated cover (14pt) — a natural matte surface that takes ballpoint pen cleanly, the practical pick for write-in date lines.
• 120# uncoated cover (16pt) — the same pen-friendly surface in a stiffer weight.
• 80# coated cover (thin) — the budget choice for high-volume handouts.

Gloss, matte, and soft-touch lamination are available for extra durability — but if staff will handwrite appointments, skip lamination and choose an uncoated stock, since pen ink can smear on sealed surfaces.
