Choose from 9 sizes — 4.75 × 4.75", 4 × 6", 5 × 5", 5 × 7", 6 × 6", 5.5 × 8.5", 6 × 9", 9 × 12", and 12 × 12". The 4 × 6" is the classic mailer, squares like 5 × 5" and 6 × 6" stand out in a stack of mail, and 6 × 9" through 12 × 12" deliver campaign-level impact. Quantities run from 250 to 10,000 cards, printed one side or both.

Cardstock and coatings

• 100# gloss or silk cover — the postcard standard: a rigid card with saturated color (gloss) or a smooth, low-glare finish (silk).
• 120#–130# gloss or silk cover — thicker, more substantial cards that signal quality before a word is read.
• 80#–100# uncoated cover — a natural matte surface that's easy to write on; the pick for handwritten notes and appointment cards.

Finish with a gloss UV coating for maximum shine and scuff resistance, or a matte / soft-touch coating for a soft, contemporary feel.
