Sizes and quantities

Pick from 5 sizes — 4 × 6", 5 × 7", 5.5 × 8.5", 8.5 × 11", and 8.5 × 14". The 4 × 6" is a palm-size handout, 8.5 × 11" is the everyday standard, and 8.5 × 14" adds a third more room for menus and spec sheets. Print 100 to 20,000 copies, one side or both, in full color or black and white.

Paper choices

• 70#–80# uncoated text — light, economical, and easy to write on. The pick for high-volume handouts and forms.
• 80#–100# gloss or silk text — the flyer standard. Coated stock that makes photos and color saturated; 100# gloss is the default.

• 80#–100# gloss or silk cover, or 100# uncoated cover — stiff, card-like flyers for counters, presentation folders, and pieces meant to be kept.

Folding and finishing

Any flyer can leave flat or folded: a half-fold makes a four-panel handout, a tri-fold turns an 8.5 × 11" sheet into a rack-size piece, and a Z-fold opens flat in one motion for step-by-step content. Add gloss or matte lamination when the flyer needs to survive — menus, price sheets, anything handled daily.
