Magazine printing in the classic newsstand format: saddle-stitched issues are folded, nested, and stapled through the spine — light, budget-friendly, and fast enough to hold a monthly schedule. Edge-to-edge color on coated stock gives photography that glossy-magazine look across issues of 8 to 64 pages. Need a thicker issue with a printable square spine? We also print perfect bound magazines, so you can price both formats and compare.
Choose from 4 trim sizes — 5.5 × 8.5", 6 × 9", 8.5 × 11", and 9 × 12" — with 8.5 × 11" as the standard American magazine format. Runs go from 25 to 50,000 copies, so the same product serves a niche zine and a regional monthly. Full-color and black-and-white printing are both available, and every order includes a free file review before we print.
Text papers are graded by weight: the bigger the number, the heavier and stiffer the page. A 60# sheet feels like a typical magazine page, while 100# feels substantial and upscale. Cover stocks run heavier still, up to a rigid 130#.
