Coupon Cards

Coupon card printing gives an offer physical weight — a rigid cardstock card feels like value, gets pocketed, and comes back to your register. Where a flimsy paper coupon dies in a junk drawer, a 14pt card survives wallets, purses, and fridge doors until redemption day. Print a business-card-size offer, a square attention-getter, or a full 4 × 6" promo card.

Sizes and quantities

Three formats: Standard 3.5 × 2", Square 3.5 × 3.5", and 4 × 6". The 3.5 × 2" standard slips into any wallet next to a business card, the 3.5 × 3.5" square stands out in a stack of handouts, and 4 × 6" gives a full promotional canvas. Quantities scale from 1,000 to 20,000 cards — the same product covers a counter stack and a full saturation campaign.

Cardstock choices

Card thickness is measured two ways: pound weight and point (pt) caliper — 14pt is a rigid cardstock about 0.014" thick.

• 100# coated cover (14pt) — the default. Rigid, smooth, and vivid; the credit-card-adjacent feel customers associate with real value.
• 130# coated cover (16pt) — extra stiffness for premium offers and cards meant to be carried for months.
• 80# coated cover (thin) — the budget pick for high-volume blanketing where cost per card rules.
• 100#–120# uncoated cover (14pt–16pt) — a natural, writable matte surface, ideal when staff date, initial, or stamp each card.

Finishing

• Gloss lamination — a wipe-clean shine that keeps cards crisp through months in a wallet.
• Matte lamination — the same protection with a refined, glare-free surface.
• Soft-touch — a velvety finish that makes even a discount feel premium.

Skip lamination on cards that need handwriting — pens don't take to a laminated surface.
