Envelopes

Envelope printing puts your brand on the first thing a customer sees — before the letter, the invoice, or the invitation inside. Your return address, logo, and artwork print directly onto premade envelope stock in full color or crisp 1-color black. Businesses order envelopes alongside letterhead for a matched stationery set; billing departments run them with windows by the thousand; event planners match them to invitations in announcement sizes.

Sizes for every mailing

11 standard sizes: 6¾ Remittance (3.625 × 6.5"), A2 (4.375 × 5.75"), A4 (4.25 × 6.25"), #9 Standard (3.875 × 8.875"), A6 (4.75 × 6.5"), #10 Standard (4.125 × 9.5"), A7 (5.25 × 7.25"), A10 (6 × 9.5"), 9 × 6" Catalog, 12 × 9" Catalog, and 13 × 10" Catalog. The #10 is the workhorse of business mail — it takes a letter-size sheet folded in thirds — and the #9 nests inside it as a reply envelope. A-series announcement sizes fit cards and invitations, the 6¾ remittance suits donation and payment reply mail, and the catalog sizes carry documents flat and unfolded. Order 500 to 2,500 pieces in steps of 250.

Stocks, windows, and printing

• 70# Uncoated Text — a substantial, smooth envelope stock that presents well for correspondence.
• 28# White Wove — the classic business-mail standard, light and economical at volume.
• Premium / Linen — a textured finish that signals quality for law firms, invitations, and executive correspondence.

A standard window is available as an add-on, so printed addressing on the document inside shows through — no labels, no hand-addressing. These are premade converted envelopes, so artwork keeps a clear margin at the edges rather than printing full bleed; our free file review confirms your layout before anything runs.
