Saddle Stitch Catalogs

Saddle stitch catalog printing is the fastest, most economical way to put a professional full-color catalog in your customers' hands. Printed sheets are folded, nested, and bound with two staples through the spine crease — a clean, flat-opening format ideal for product catalogs, lookbooks, price lists, and event programs from 8 to 64 pages. Every catalog is printed, folded, and stitched at our Glendale, CA facility, so your job never waits on an outside bindery.

Sizes and quantities

Choose from 6 popular trim sizes — 5.5 × 8.5", 6 × 9", 8 × 10.25", 8.5 × 11", 12 × 12", and 9 × 12" — in quantities from 100 to 1,500. Short runs are perfect for testing a design or a single sales meeting; bulk runs drop the per-book price dramatically. Full-color and black-and-white printing are both available, and every order includes a free file review before we print.

Paper options

Paper is measured by weight — the higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the sheet. 60# text is the lightest and most economical, similar to a magazine page. 100# text is a substantial, premium-feeling page. Cover stocks run heavier still: 130# is a rigid cardstock that stands on its own.

• Gloss text (80#–100#) — the catalog standard. A shiny coated surface that makes product photography vivid and saturated.
• Silk text (80#–100#) — smooth and low-glare with a luxurious feel. Images stay rich while text reads easily — the upscale choice for lookbooks.
• Uncoated text (60#–80#) — a natural, easy-reading surface that takes ink softly. Best for editorial pages, manuals, and anything meant to be written on. 60# is the budget pick for high page counts.

• Gloss or silk cover (80#–130#) — heavier coated stock that resists bending and creasing. 100# is the popular middle ground; 130# feels like a hardcover-adjacent cardstock.
• Uncoated cover (80#–120#) — a sturdy matte-feel cover with a tactile, organic character. Popular for zines, journals, and craft brands.
• Self-cover — the cover prints on the same stock as the inside pages. The most economical option, ideal for programs and newsletters.

Cover finishing

• Gloss lamination — a brilliant, wipe-clean shine that makes cover art pop and shrugs off fingerprints.
• Matte lamination — a refined, glare-free finish with a modern look. Protects without the shine.
• Soft-touch lamination — a velvety, suede-like feel that reads instantly premium. The lookbook favorite.
